What’s better than a spritz during summer?! An Aperol Spritz is THE perfect summer drink! It’s so refreshing, especially on a hot summer day. During my trip to Europe for my honeymoon with my husband, Aperol Spritz was my go-to cocktail. I fell in love with Aperol Spritzes and realized that I should try to make/drink them at home. So, once we returned to Las Vegas, I immediately bought the ingredients and started experimenting. This is the combo that I like best. I’ll be making them all summer long.
Ingredients:
1 ½ oz Aperol
3 oz Prosecco
1 oz Sparkling Water
Ice
Directions:
Fill a wine glass halfway up with ice. Then add Aperol, Prosecco and sparkling water. Stir and garnish with an orange slice.
